she help hold my leg. but before that she held me waist then i was laughing laughing SO TICKLISH!!
soo did a handstand but couldn't hold for too long.. my hand was soo 'suan'~~ HAHA
but i had great fun! so did wheel post.. lift up one leg,, then the other.. ha ha!
then did half a wheel post. BACK PAIN~!
ha ha! then bro wanted to go gym. dragged me along ZZZZ did cycling for 30 mins. MY THIGHS!! ha ha!
